Junior Engineer Applications are invited from wards of employees and Registered Relations (wherever applicable) of Tata Steel Jamshedpur, Tubes Division, Collieries, Ores, Mines & Quarries, FA&MD, Bearings, TGS, Marketing & Sales, CRC (W),Wire Division, HMC, HO (Mumbai),Tata Steel Kalinganagar & Tata Steel Meramandali (all locations).
i. Advertisement for the post of Junior Engineer-I (Diploma Holders) for Tata Steel Employee Wards
ii. Candidates meeting the following criteria can apply for the post of Junior Engineer of Tata Steel
1. Position: Junior Engineer
2. Eligibility: Employees Wards: Spouse/Son / Daughter / Son-in-law (in case of no Son). Registered Relations: Relations in the approved category registered with the concerned division wherever applicable.
3. Minimum Educational Qualification:
a. Three (3) years full-time diploma in Electrical / Electronics /Mechatronics/ Instrumentation / Civil Engineering from any institute, recognized by AICTE.
b. Diploma holders in the above discipline from R D Tata Technical Education Centre, Jamshedpur, and J N Tata Technical Education Centre Gopalpur are also eligible to apply.
c. Candidates with Part Time / Correspondence / Distance Learning will not be eligible
4. Mandatory Experience: Minimum three (3) years of work experience as of 1st April’2022 after acquiring the Diploma qualification
5. Emoluments:
The selected candidates will be provisionally placed with a starting Basic Pay of Rs 23,495/- pm in the grade of NS 07 (Rs. 23495-710-37695 pm) and will be designated as Junior Engineer-I. The other emoluments & benefits will be as per Company’s rule applicable to this grade. Candidates possessing 4 years or more of relevant experience will be compensated as per norms.

Should have been born on or after, 1st April 1987 and before 1st April 2004
