Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Associate to support with the preparation and implementation of transfer pricing documentation and advisory work in line with OECD Guidelines and local tax regulations. The role involves hands-on work across benchmarking studies, TP policies, and audit support for multinational groups.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local Files and Master Files
Conduct functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analyses for related-party transactions.
Perform economic and benchmarking analyses using databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, Orbis, etc.).
Assist in the drafting and review of Transfer Pricing policies for intercompany services, goods, royalties, and financing.
Review intercompany agreements to ensure alignment with TP policies and actual conduct.
