Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Performing advanced data analysis & data interpretation along with process improvements, finding queries &consolidates results.

• Performing tax research on properties and obtaining the details that are required by the client.

• Analysts need to verify the accurate details and provide the client

• Verifying taxes from the US tax collectors and meeting the quality goal.

• Prepare all tax returns and review the documents for accuracy.

• File tax returns before federal and state tax deadlines.

• Prepare quarterly tax payments every three months and file these payments with the appropriate corresponding paperwork.

• Recommendations about tax returns regarding tax breaks, expenses, deductions, and other ways to save on tax payments.

• Stay up to date on all tax laws and changes.

• Calculate taxes owed, savings gained through deductions, and expenses that affect final tax estimates.

Qualification: Required

• Proficient in MS office suite

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• People who are looking to make a career in the US mortgage industry

• Good attention to detail and the ability to meet established deadlines

• Strong grasp of mathematics

• Excellent tax know-how

• Good computer skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong time management skills
