Job Description
Teaching:• Teaching spoken English to secondary section in partner schools.• Learning platform activities.• Doing assessment and reviews through pre-test and post test.
Documentation & Reporting:• Follow all reporting systems strictly, daily/weekly/monthly• Maintain attendance and log sheets• Maintaining and recording all data as per internal processes• Attending team meetings regularly
Relationship (Internal & External): Maintain good rapport with school Student/ teachers and parents.• Very effective internal co-ordination, communication and ability to work as a member of large teams.
Training & Development:◦ Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies.◦ Participate in the regular training program organized for the team.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.Ed/ D.Ed/ Graduate, Fresher or experienced
WORK SKILLS: School related teaching experience preferable with primary school willing to travel to slum area schools.
OTHER SKILLS: Excellent English, Communication in local language, basic computer skills
