Job Description
Supervise candidates during examination sessions.
Ensure exam rules and regulations are followed.
Prevent any form of cheating or malpractice.
Verify and manage attendance records of candidates.
Distribute and collect exam papers before and after the exam.
Maintain discipline and ensure a quiet environment in the exam hall.
Report any irregularities or issues to the examination coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lesson Planning and Curriculum Delivery

Develop and implement lesson plans based on school curriculum, academic standards, and the age and learning level of students.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and term-wise lesson plans aligned with the syllabus.

Use various teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles.
2. Classroom Teaching

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in the assigned subject(s).

Use a mix of traditional teaching, audio-visual aids, smart board technology, and student-centered strategies.

Encourage class participation and foster a positive learning environment.
3. Student Evaluation

Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, classwork, homework, and projects.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance.
4. Classroom Management

Establish clear classroom rules and behavior expectations.

Handle classroom discipline effectively and maintain order.

Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.
5. Communication and Coordination

Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress, behavior, and special concerns.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings, open houses, and other school events.

Coordinate with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and school management for planning and reporting.
6. Co-curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities

Encourage student participation in sports, arts, debates, and school clubs.

Organize or assist in school events, competitions, exhibitions, and field trips.
7. Professional Development

Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques, educational technology, and curriculum trends.
