Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning and Instruction:

Develop comprehensive and engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.

Deliver lessons in an interactive and engaging manner, ensuring that all students understand the concepts being taught.

Use a variety of teaching methods (e.g., lectures, discussions, group work, multimedia) to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

2. Student Assessment and Feedback:

Assess students' knowledge and understanding through tests, quizzes, assignments, projects, and class participation.

Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic progress, highlighting areas for improvement and offering guidance on how to excel.

Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and grades in accordance with school policies.

Identify students who may need additional support or enrichment and collaborate with relevant staff to provide appropriate interventions.
3. Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment by setting clear expectations for behavior and enforcing rules.

Use effective classroom management strategies to address disruptions and maintain a focused learning environment.

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, collaboration, and mutual respect among students.

4. Individualized Support and Mentorship:

Identify and support students with different learning abilities, including those with learning disabilities or other special needs.

Serve as a mentor and role model for students, offering guidance on both academic and personal matters.

5. Collaboration and Professional Development:
