Full time job: 8 hours per day anytime between 6 AM to 7 PM.

Working 6 days a week.
There will be 3 sessions of 2.5 hours (150 minutes) each day + 30 minutes administrative/operational work.
Each session will have a batch of approx. 20 students.
Candidate needs to have a basic knowledge of computer operation.
Ability to understand and communicate in basic English would be an advantage.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to educate and inspire students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Lesson Planning:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans as per the curriculum.
- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions.
- Use modern teaching techniques, digital tools, and hands-on activities.
2. Student Development & Support:
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide individualized attention to students to help them improve.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in students.
3. Classroom Management & Discipline:
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Handle student concerns and ensure a safe learning space.
- Foster teamwork, ethics, and good behavior among students.
4. Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administration.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Provide regular updates on student performance to parents and guardians.
