Key Responsibilities:
Academic Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the syllabus.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.

Use innovative teaching methods including storytelling, discussions, debates, and multimedia tools.

Evaluate student performance through tests, exams, projects, and classroom activities.
Classroom Management:

Create a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Monitor student behavior, attendance, and participation.

Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication in students.
Assessment & Reporting:

Conduct periodic assessments and maintain academic records.

Prepare student progress reports and attend parent-teacher meetings.

Provide individual attention and academic support where needed.
Co-Curricular Participation:

Involve students in language clubs, essay writing, debates, and social awareness activities.

Help organize and participate in school events, workshops, and competitions related to your subject.
Collaboration & Development:

Work with fellow faculty to plan cross-subject activities and projects.

Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development initiatives.
