Key Responsibilities:
1. Classroom Teaching

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in English or Science (based on subject specialization) as per the CBSE/ICSE syllabus.

Maintain an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that supports active learning.
2. Curriculum and Lesson Planning

Plan lessons, unit tests, and assignments in accordance with academic objectives and curriculum guidelines.

Prepare teaching aids, experiments (for science), worksheets, and multimedia presentations to support the learning process.

Align lesson plans with school standards and academic calendars.
3. Student Evaluation and Assessment

Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, class activities, and mock exams to track student progress.

Evaluate answer scripts, provide constructive feedback, and guide students in areas of improvement.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and behavioral progress.
4. Student Engagement and Mentoring

Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and subject curiosity among students.

Provide additional academic support and doubt-clearing sessions to struggling students.

Serve as a role model for students in behavior, communication, and ethical conduct.
5. Collaboration and School Activities

Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Assist in organizing school events, science fairs, English debates, field trips, and co-curricular activities.
