Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lesson Planning & Classroom Teaching
✅ Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
✅ Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to explain concepts.
✅ Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
✅ Ensure a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
2️⃣ Student Engagement & Mentorship
✅ Encourage student participation and interactive learning.
✅ Provide individual attention and academic support to students.
✅ Identify students’ strengths & weaknesses and offer guidance accordingly.
✅ Promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
3️⃣ Classroom Management & Discipline
✅ Maintain classroom decorum and ensure student discipline.
✅ Develop and implement behavioral and learning strategies.
✅ Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
4️⃣ Parent & Faculty Collaboration
✅ Communicate student progress and concerns with parents.
✅ Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.
✅ Work closely with colleagues & school administration for curriculum development.
