Job Description
- Design & implement the weekly Arivu program plan in the identified schools within the agreed time and quality parameters
- Contribute to the content design by actively participating in the training sessions
- Build rapport with the teachers and understand their methods of teaching and incorporate creative mediums of learning in the lesson plan
- Observe progress of students through the classes and provide feedback to the program and design team on a regular basis
- Support the implementation of specific organisation events as and when they are planned
- Build rapport with the community and implement community engagement programs in the assigned communities
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of the weekly Tackle Caravans in the allotted schools
- Conduct field research and community engagement activities as per program guidelines
- Any other work assigned by the Programme Manager
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships by sharing information regularly regarding the program
- Prepare and submit daily report on the school visits and the teacher training
- Track and report back to the project team on program progress leveraging defined tracking templates
