Teachers recruitment in Navy Children School on Adhoc basis

PGTs   -    English, Geography, Political Science, History, Psychology, Economics,Computer Science.

TGTs   -     Hindi, English, Science & Social Science.

PRTs   -     Hindi & General.

Other Post - Art, Special Educator & Physical Education.

i) Post Graduate Teachers (PGTS)

Eligibility: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject studied as a regular course and qualified with at least 50% marks for Humanities and 60% marks for other subjects from a recognised university/institution.

Bachelor of Education studied as a regular course with at least 50% marks from recognised institution/University.

For PGT – Computer Science - Bachelor of Education studied as a regular course with at least 50% marks from recognised institution/University OR Three years’ experience of teaching intermediate or higher classes. Should have studied the requisite subject at, Senior secondary and Graduation levels. Age limit should be as per respective State Government rule for the equivalent post in the Government schools. (Relaxable for experienced candidates). Preference should be given to candidates having experience of teaching relevant subject in reputed public schools.

ii) Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs)

Eligibility:BA/BSc Degree studied as regular course and qualified with at least 60% marks with relevant subject from a recognised institutions/university.Bachelor of Education in relevant subject as a regular course and qualified with at least 50% marks from recognised institution/ University. Should have studied the relevant subject at Senior Secondary also.Age limit should be as per respective State Government rule for the equivalent post in the Government schools (Relaxable for experienced candidates).Preference should be given to candidates having regular Masters’ Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university and/or experience of teaching relevant subject in reputed public schools.

iii) Primary Teachers (PRTs)

Eligibility:BA/BSc Degree studied as regular course and qualified with at least 60% marks with relevant subject from recognised institutions/university.Bachelor of Education studied as a regular course with at least 50% marks from recognised institution/University.Should have studied the relevant subject at Senior Secondary also.Preference should be given to candidates having regular Masters’ Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university and/or experience of teaching relevant subject in reputed public schools.

iv) Art

Eligibility:Graduation or Post Graduation in Drawing & Painting / Fine Arts from a recognised University.Minimum experience of three years in a recognised school (experience in CBSE schools preferable).

v) Physical Education

Eligibility: Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE or B.P.Ed) with at least 60% marks from recognised institution/University.Minimum experience of three years in a recognised school (experience in CBSE schools preferable).

iv) Special Educator

Eligibility: Graduate/Post Graduate in Child Development.Graduate in Psychology and B.Ed./Diploma in Special Education. Minimum experience of three years in a recognised school (experience in CBSE schools preferable).

General requirement for all posts:Age limit should be as per Kerala State Government (Relaxable for experienced candidates).Teaching experience in a recognized CBSE/ICSE school. Preference to CTET / SET Qualified candidates.Should have good personality with excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in Hindi. Should have knowledge of computer and Microsoft office.

Selection Procedure: Only shortlisted Candidates will be called for written test, Interview and Class Demonstration.
