Teachers /Nurse /Computer Instructor  recruitment in Kendriya Vidyalaya Jakhoo Hills Shimla on Part-time contractual basis 

1 PGT-English,Hindi,Maths,Physics, Chemistry, Biology,Biotechnology, Computer Science,History,Geography,Economics, Political Science, Commerce. 

Qualification: Post Graduation in concerned subject with 50% marks and B.Ed.(for all subjects except Bio. tech/C.S.)

PGT (Computer Science) - BE/BTECH (CS/IT)/ MSC (C.S.)/ MCA or equivalent qualification as per KVS norms (B.Ed. not essential) or B/C level from DOEACC or PGDCA with PG or B.Sc(CS)/BCA and PG
PGT(Biotech)-Master degree in Biotech/Genetics)/ Microbiology/Bio. Chemistry (B.Ed. not essential) 

2. TGT-Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Maths, Science,Physical & Health Education

Qualification: Graduate with 50% marks in concerned  Subject as well as aggregate and B.Ed. Candidate who have passed CTET Test Conducted by CBSE will be given preference.(for TGT Sanskrit Sanskrit as subject in all the three years) 

3. TGT-Social Science.

Qualification: Graduate with 50% marks with any two of the following History, Geography, Economics, Political Science of which one must be either History or Geography and B.Ed. Candidates who have passed CTET Test Conducted by CBSE will be given preference. 

4. Nurse

Qualification: 12th pass and Diploma Holder(3 Years Diploma from recognized institute).Basic Life support at least once in two years. 

5. PRT

Qualification:Senior Secondary school certificate or intermediate with 50% marks/ JBT/ETT or Equivalent qualification as per KVS norms. Candidates who have passed CTET Test Conducted by CBSE will be given preference.
 
6. Computer Instructor

Qualification:BE/BTech(CS)/IT/MCA/MSC(C.S)/I.T./BCA/PGDCA(PG in any subject)/PGDIT/BSc Computer Science/O or A level from DOEACC /Graduation with 2 year Diploma in computers. Or any other Equivalent Qualification as per KVS norms 

7. Sports Coaches Basket ball only

Qualification: Diploma/ Degree. B.P.Ed, NIS/ SAI Coach certificate 

8.  Yoga Teacher

Qualification:(I)Graduation in any Subject. (II)One year training in yoga from recognised institution. 

9. Counsellor

Qualification: B.A./B.Sc.(Psychology) With Certificate of Diploma in Counselling and minimum one year experience in providing career/educational counseling to students at schools or working knowledge and experience in placement bureaus or registration with rehabilitation council of India as vocational counsellor Or Any other equivalent qualification as per KVS norms./ Desirable qualification as per KVS norms
