Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver medical training courses to students
Develop course materials and lesson plans
Assess student learning and provide feedback
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in medical practices
Collaborate with other instructors and stakeholders to ensure quality of training
Monitor and maintain training equipment and supplies
Mentor and support students throughout their medical training
Participate in curriculum development and program review
Requirements:
Strong medical background with a degree in Medicine or equivalent
Proven experience in teaching medical courses to students or healthcare professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver lectures and presentations
Ability to develop and implement curriculum and educational plans for medical courses
Proficiency in using technology and multimedia tools to enhance learning experiences
Familiarity with medical ethics, standards, and regulations
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple classes and students
Passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their full potential in the medical field
