1. Academic Instruction:

Ensure timely completion of syllabus and planned academic calendar activities.
2. Curriculum Planning & Development:

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with academic goals.

Contribute to curriculum development and suggest improvements based on student feedback and industry trends.

Customize course delivery to meet diverse learning styles and student levels.
3. Student Engagement & Mentoring:

Engage students actively in classroom discussions and encourage curiosity.

Provide academic guidance, counseling, and mentorship to students.

Identify slow learners and provide remedial support to help them improve.
4. Assessment & Evaluation:

Design and administer quizzes, assignments, tests, and exams.

Evaluate student performance fairly and submit grades and progress reports on time.

Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain academic records.
5. Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and decorum within the classroom and institution.

Promote an inclusive, respectful, and conducive learning environment.

Manage student attendance and enforce institution policies when necessary.
6. Academic Administration:

Participate in academic meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development sessions.

Collaborate with colleagues for cross-disciplinary programs, workshops, and research.

Keep up with academic documentation including lesson plans, attendance registers, and exam records.
7. Research and Innovation (For Higher Education Faculty):

Engage in research work, publish papers, and attend academic conferences (as applicable).
