Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable Teaching Faculty members to join our academic team. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, facilitating learning experiences, developing course content, and contributing to academic excellence in their area of expertise.
As a Teaching Faculty member, you will guide students in both theoretical and practical understanding of the subject, assess their progress, and support them in achieving academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities
1. Instruction and Delivery

Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in the assigned subject area.

Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and laboratory sessions (if applicable).

Use a variety of instructional techniques and technology to engage students and meet diverse learning needs.

Encourage active student participation and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere.
2. Curriculum Development

Contribute to the design, revision, and improvement of academic curriculum and course materials.

Ensure course content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry and academic standards.

Integrate emerging trends, research findings, and modern tools into course delivery.
3. Assessment and Evaluation

Design, administer, and evaluate tests, assignments, examinations, and projects.

Provide timely, constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress.

Maintain accurate academic records including attendance, grades, and evaluations.
4. Student Mentoring and Support

Serve as an academic advisor or mentor for students, guiding them on academic planning, research, and career development.

Address student queries, provide academic counseling, and refer to support services when needed.

Foster student motivation, engagement, and well-being.
5. Research and Scholarly Activity (for Higher Education Faculty)

Conduct original research in your field and contribute to the advancement of knowledge.

Publish articles, papers, or books in peer-reviewed journals or academic platforms.

Present research findings at seminars, conferences, or symposiums.

Seek external funding for research projects when applicable.
6. Administrative Duties

Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, committees, and planning activities.

Contribute to accreditation processes, course audits, and academic documentation.

Assist in organizing academic events such as seminars, guest lectures, or workshops.
7. Professional Development

Stay informed about developments in your subject area and in education methodologies.

Attend professional training, workshops, or conferences to enhance teaching and subject expertise.

Engage in peer learning and institutional development initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
