Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Encourage children and teachers to use Math intervention kits. Especially the teachers as this is a teacher centric program
2. Plan and present lessons to facilitate students' and teachers' understanding and application of mathematical concepts
3. Ensure that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning
4. Grade monthly events on ground in a timely manner
5. Conduct baseline, midline and end-line tests
6. Achieve learning experience and learning outcome improvement goals
7. Work on capacity building in CLC through regular training and mentorship (online and offline)
8. Use student performance data and feedback to identify gaps
9. Prepare online content for different platforms, especially teaching videos

2. can start the internship between 6th May'22 and 10th Jun'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
