Job Description
Installation of Windows OS 10 and Windows OS 11
Partition of disk as per Company Standard
User creation and setting of passwords
Installation of printer driver, keyboard driver, mouse driver, LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.
Outlook configuration- (both automatic and manual) and creating PST
Updating user policies
Joining workgroup to domain
Enabling firewall services, remote services, etc.
Making calls to users for troubleshooting
Network Printer configuration and downloading drivers
Services of hardware parts and troubleshooting
Assembling and disassembling of laptops
