Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile, audio-visual and tablets.
· Experience with remote desktop applications and remote troubleshooting techniques.
· Experience in managing and supervising a team in the delivery of high quality work outputs and team performance.
· Experience in addressing complex issues and demonstrated problem management.
· Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems
· Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.
· Hardware knowledge on servers/switches/storage devices.
· Installation and configuration of operating Systems such as Windows 7 & Windows 10.
· Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Issues.
· Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network Printers.
· Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
· Knowledge on VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge on vendor management and asset management.
