Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- On the job product training of the new joinees.
- Maintain MIS for allocated pool.
- Tracking callers properly.
- Inspire/Motivate callers to achieve the targets.
- Sending Pick-up files to FPRs
- Coordinate with bank FPRs
- Identifying critical cases & act accordingly.
- Prepare strategies for achieving team targets
- Coordinate with collection agencies.
- Handling escalation calls/agitated customers.
- Performance review of callers on daily, weekly and
monthly basis.
- Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work
flow.
- Liaise between different departments.
