Team Lead Outbound/Inbound
Job DescriptionDesignation TL Outbound/Inbound
Educational qualification Graduate in any stream
Key responsibilities:
- Handling a team of 10 15 associates
- Managing the SLA's
- Achieving the targets
- Should have experience with the outbound process of about 2 years plus and above in a domestic BPO.
- Have a good sense of dealing with customers.
- Should have handled an outbound process
- Should be from a revenue generation based process.
- Be aware of the KRA of the team to evaluate the performance of the team
- Knowledge of calculating basic formula for productivity
- We need somebody who is experienced in handling sales outbound calls
- Person should know few technical things like:
- MS excel ( V look up, H look up, Pivot Table, Formulas)
- MS PowerPoint ( presentation skills)
