Responsibilities and Duties
- Excellent Communication Skills & strong Convincing Power
- Fluency in English, Kannada & HindiManageable is a must, the regional language will be added advantage
- Aggressive attitude, Pleasing Personality & Self Confident
- Candidate should have prior team handling experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of MIS and Reporting Tools.
- Should be well-versed with the Customer Service or Technical support
- Minimum2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Process Team Handling in any BPO
- Ability to work & lead a team with a customer service focus
- Ability to operate under stress and demanding expectations
Key Skills
- Manage a team of 10-20 Agents Implementation of required measures for team improvement. Mentoring the new/junior members in the team. Driving the team to achieve targets daily, weekly basis Attrition control Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting. Forecasting and managing the team&rsquos attrition and attendance effectively. Setting up strategies to increase team&rsquos overall performance.

Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Age Limit: Below 30 years of age
