Job Title : Team Leader – Business Team (Female)

• Lead the outbound sales team and allocate day to day calls

• Monitor calls and ensure timely follow up are made by the team members and ensure daily sales

targets are met.

• Motivate and train the telemarketing executive

• Maintain MIS and performance reports

• Plan new strategies to achieve team target

• Exposure to call center software 

• Excellent  in Team leading

Skillsets:

• Good experience in leading telesales/ telemarketing executive

• Effective Team Leader

• Any Degree, Tamil communication must
