Job Description
- Experience: Total experience 3+ years and With at-least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader / Quality Analyst managing a telesales account (Domestic or International).
- Proficiency in Hindi & English.
- Knowledge of Motor Insurance / General Insurance is an advantage. But not mandatory.
- Shifts – 4 shifts 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM & 12 PM.
- 9 Hour shifts with 1 hour of breaks.
- 6 days work week. Rotational offs.
- Compensation can go up-to 4 L PA ++ for right candidate
