hiring for HR Team Leader position, the job role involves end-to-end
recruitment.
Job requirement:
- Candidates should have experience in BPO/ITES Recruitment
- Team handling experience is must
- Responsible for End to End recruitment and Sourcing
- Ensure the team should line up potential candidates and screen as per the client's requirements.
- Responsible for team performance and target set by management
- Expert in sourcing the candidates from Naukri Monster and LinkedIn
- Good knowledge in social media recruitment
- Candidate should prepare weekly and quarterly reports.
- Sound knowledge in Ms Excel and data management
- Qualification:
PUC(12th)/Graduate fresher or experience will do.
- Work Location:
Infantry Road, Shivajinagar Bangalore.
