We are currently hiring for HR Team Leader position, the job role involves end-to-end recruitment. 

Job requirement:

• Candidates should have experience in BPO/ITES Recruitment
  
• Team handling experience is must 
  
• Responsible for End to End recruitment and Sourcing
  
• Ensure the team should line up potential candidates and screen as per the client's requirements.
  
• Responsible for team performance and target set by management
  
• Expert in sourcing the candidates from Naukri Monster and LinkedIn
  
• Good knowledge in social media recruitment 
  
• Candidate should prepare weekly and quarterly reports.
  
• Sound knowledge in Ms Excel and data management 
  
• Qualification: PUC(12th)/Graduate fresher or experience will do.
  
• Work Location: Infantry Road, Shivajinagar Bangalore.
