Roles and Responsibilities
* Managing the day to day activities of the team
* Motivating the team to achieve the target.
* Should be able achieve the daily targets of sales and handle the sales pressure.
* Should generate reports daily of his team.
* Should manage shrinkage and attrition.
Requirement
* Should have experience as a Team Leader in outbound sales or collection process.
* Should know basic excel formulas to generate the daily reports.
* Should know attrition and shrinkage.
* Should have min. one year of experience in BPO.
