JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The person may work in a call centre operation of 30 persons reporting into a Manager or handle independently a small call centre operation of about 4-5 persons

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Male or female in the age bracket of 27 years to 35 years
Individuals who have the skill sets of a Manager and can be groomed to take over the role of running independent Membership centers within 12 to18 months.
Must have at least three years of experience in outbound calling and managing a small team of outbound callers
Should be quality focused and target oriented
Strategic thinking and ability to plan
Well groomed with pleasing personality
Should have good oral and written English language skills
Monthly Salary :Budgeted salary varies from Rs.20,000 to Rs.25,000+ very attractive performance
Work Location-Nehru Place & Bhikaji Cama Place
Work Timing-9.30am to 6.30pm
Working Days-Mon-Sat(Sundays are Fixed Off)
