Job Description
Job Profile:-
- Customer Identification & filtration
- Client acquisition, follow-up, retention are renewal through allotted team
- Team target management and performance monitoring
- Grievance handling ( Client and team management )
- Training and development, motivations and skill development of allotted team.
- Stragizing the methods with the team for maximum revenues generation with the Team.
- Team reporting on daily basis, weekly & monthly basis to sales head .
- Manage Client relationship & business development.
- Hands On with MS-Office.
- Having excellent verbal and written communication proficies.
- Must be ready to work in a highly competent and target oriented ambiance.
- Well versed with the basic knowledge of stock market and must have team handling experiences for advisory
- Should be growth oriented and self analyzing.
- Should possess excellent convincing power and presentation skills.
- Highly efficient to work during long business
