URGENT REQUIREMENT OF TEAM LEADER IN AN LEADING AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
2. Sell Cars by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
4. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
5. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
6. Generating inquiries through referrals.
7. For Team Leader : - They will be leading minimum 4-5 Sales Consultant.
QUALIFICATION
FOR TEAM LEADER:
1. Candidate must be a Graduate (MANDATORY)
2. Must have previous Team
Leading experience (from Automobile Industry only)
3. Will be able to handle team
and will handle the zero complain level about the product.
4. Will be able to handle the customer complain.
5. Will Set the goal for all
the team members and have to achieve the Target given.
6. Should be presentable.
7. AGE-21 TO 35 YEARS
8. EXP :min-1to max-5 years
9. Both male and female are welcome.
