TEAM LEADER
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Answering calls politely and professionally from Customers.
- Responsible for providing details of life insurance policy to customers.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Setting clear team goals
- Delegating tasks and set deadlines
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Required Skills:
- Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
- Basic technical knowledge of Windows 7, MS Excel & etc.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer.
- Up selling Skills required for the profile.
- Experience in sales profile.
Qualifications:
- Any Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Candidate with Average Communication skills can apply.
- Must have Experience in sales profile.
Additional Information:
- Relevant Training will be provided to the candidates (7 days ).
- Unlimited incentives for Good Candidates.
- Salary Range: Starting from 15k (depend on interview)
- Experience: 1 year (in sales/TL)
- Job Location: Noida
- Shift Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
- Working Days: Mon-Sat (Sat half day).
