Job Description
- Manage day to day Activities for the Teams
- Take Pre Shift / In Shift / Post Shift
- Develop a strategy the teams will use to reach its goal
- Communicate clear instructions to team members
- Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target
- Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company.
- Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level
- Analyzing sales statistics and determining sales potential & inventory requirements.
- Giving client’s advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training if require.
