Job Description

Manage day to day Activities for the Teams
Take Pre Shift / In Shift / Post Shift
Develop a strategy the teams will use to reach its goal
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target
Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company.
Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level
Analyzing sales statistics and determining sales potential & inventory requirements.
Giving client’s advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training if require.
