- Lead, train, and motivate a team of fundraisers to achieve individual and team fundraising targets.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Coordinate and oversee field campaigns, donor meetings, and fundraising events
