Job Summary
The Team Leader plays a critical role in managing daily operations of quick-commerce (10–30 minute delivery) fulfillment. The individual will oversee delivery executives (runners), coordinate dispatches, ensure customer orders are delivered on time, and maintain overall hub efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Monitor and manage day-to-day operations at the hub.

Team Supervision: Supervise a team of delivery executives; handle attendance, shift planning, and performance.

Timely Dispatch: Ensure orders are packed and dispatched within the promised delivery window.

Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse or dark store team to ensure product availability and fast pick-pack processes.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, and operational glitches efficiently.

Reporting: Maintain daily MIS reports on delivery times, success rate, team productivity, and escalations.

Training: Train new delivery staff on app usage, customer handling, and safety protocols.

Compliance: Ensure all SOPs, safety guidelines, and delivery protocols are followed.
