Work : Network Based Office work
Introduction
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team involved in network-based office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of computer networks and office workflows, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while meeting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Supervision

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, resolve challenges, and plan strategies.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to improve team productivity.
2. Network-Based Office Operations

Oversee network-related office processes, ensuring seamless connectivity and workflow.

Collaborate with IT and technical teams to resolve network issues promptly.

Manage online platforms, dashboards, and tools used for office-based work.

Ensure smooth coordination between different teams and departments for process execution.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track individual and team KPIs to evaluate performance against set goals.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team productivity, operational challenges, and achievements.

Analyze workflow data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
4. Process Management & Coordination

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth office operations.

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure task completion within deadlines.

Act as a bridge between management and team members, ensuring effective communication.
5. Customer & Client Interaction (if applicable)

Manage customer-related escalations and provide quick resolutions.

Support the team in handling client communications professionally and effectively.
