Job Description: Team Lead / Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Team Handling & Management:
Oversee day-to-day activities of the team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met. -
Communication & Coordination:
Communicate clearly with team members, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely updates. -
Excel Reporting:
Prepare and maintain reports, summaries, and data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting preferred). -
Problem Solving:
Identify operational issues, analyze challenges, and implement effective solutions to improve processes. -
Time Management:
Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of daily and weekly objectives. -
Training & Support:
Guide team members, provide feedback, and help improve their performance and productivity. -
Process Improvement:
Evaluate current workflow and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
