Job Description
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of motor insurance advisors or claims handlers.
Ensure team targets (sales, renewals, claims processing, or customer service KPIs) are met or exceeded.
Monitor daily operations and performance metrics, providing regular coaching and feedback.
Train and onboard new team members on motor insurance policies, systems, and procedures.
Resolve complex customer issues or complaints and provide support to team members as needed.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Prepare reports on team performance, productivity, and key metrics for management.
Collaborate with other departments (Underwriting, Claims, Sales, Customer Service) to streamline processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
