Qualification: Graduate with Team Leader experience
Requirement:
- Must have worked in US Insurance/Title Search
- Candidate must have knowledge of US documentation.
- Candidate must be willing to work for International process
- Comfortable to work in 24*7 shifts
- Candidate must have knowledge of KRA's of a Team Leader like- Attrition, SLA management, Shrinkage, Attendance management.
- Team Handling/ team leading experience would be an added advantage.
Experience: 5 years to 10 years
Mandatory: Excellent communication and people management skills
One way cab drop available in night shifts (free of cost for female employees)
- UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
- Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
