Job Description

Position: Team Leader – Telecalling / Customer Sales Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Experience: 2+ Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred 
Role: Manage and lead a team of telecallers handling outbound calling campaigns for financial products such as insurance, collections, and credit cards. Responsible for team performance, target achievement, and call quality. 
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily outbound calling activities • Drive team targets and productivity • Coach and guide team members to improve performance • Monitor call quality and maintain CRM reports 
Eligibility: • 2+ years of call center / telecalling experience • Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader or Supervisor • Experience in Insurance / Collections / Credit Cards / Financial Sales • Strong communication and team management skills
