Job Description
â¾Mobilizing Team for daily wise audit for all functional cities
â¾Monitor Team performance and ensure individual achievement on daily targets of audits.
â¾Audit on auditors audited data and ensure quality among the team.
â¾Report to be shared within given timeline.
â¾Responsible to escalate fatal issues real time to concern teams.
â¾Responsible to curb issues numbers by escalating to the concern team,
â¾Helping team members on their escalations and doubts,
â¾ Work closely with City team to curb SM issues and share insight to help improve MC
â¾ Manage 20+ of Auditing team for day to day activities. And ensure 100% of productivity.

Required Candidate profile
Language:West Indian(Marathi,Gujarati,Hindi and English)
Finance Service,Banking Sector ,Finserve,Telecom,FMCG Company (QA/Call Monitor/Call Audit) and handle the team of QA
Education
B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Com in Commerce, Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
