Job Description

Managing Outbound sales/Collection team working towards pre-defined targets. Responsible for team Performance, Attrition and shrinkage.Prepare Daily reports. Manage and Handle all the team reports and improve performance on daily basis.

Required Candidate profile

Any Candidate with 2 + yrs in outbound Voice process from domestic Call centre with strong Team Handing experience. Dialer Management exposure will be an added advantage. (Hindi must).

Any Graduate in Any Specialization
