Job Description
Location: Mumbai (Dark Store)
Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts

Supervise daily operations including picking, packing, and inventory management.

Lead a team of Picker/Packers and ensure efficient task allocation and shift management.

Monitor productivity, attendance, and discipline within the team.

Conduct team briefings and resolve operational issues on ground.

Coordinate with the warehouse manager and backend team for smooth flow of operations.

Maintain accurate reporting of inbound/outbound shipments.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and process compliance within the warehouse.

Minimum 1 year in warehouse/logistics operations.

Proven experience in team handling or supervisory roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in 8-hour rotational shifts.
-
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse apps/scanners is preferred.
