Requirements

• Leading a team of Customer Services Associates

• Define monthly target for Team and devise a strategy to achieve the goals

• Guide the team to achieve the daily, weekly and monthly goals

• Proactive in identifying the opportunity areas in the program and work towards a solution

• Conduct rigorous performance reviews with the advisors in the team, on the target management

• Client interaction for creating the technical specifications from business requirements for modules within the project

• Implementation of project management practices

• Management of project delivery and project scope

• Technology mapping, visualization and final execution of a project

• Mentoring, monitoring and team management

• Planning and formulation of strategies to support and guide a project team

• Monitor development activities and report project progress

• Risk management, quality management and time management for scheduled project delivery

• Good knowledge of MS SQL SERVER, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, HTML, XML

• Experienced in the creation and integration of Web Services

• Experience in client relationship management and project management

• Experience in planning, implementation of quality delivery of projects

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good management skills include leadership skills and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
