Job Description
We have an immediate requirement for Team Leaders for leading Sales Voice Process.
Responsibilities include:
- Team Handling
- Team Management
- Daily report
- Attrition Control
- Escalation Management
- Other KPIs and KRAs of a Team Leader
Must have experience as a Team Leader in Collections or Sales voice process.
Should be fluent in English and Telugu
Note: Would be work from home till the lockdown ends.
