Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Manager to lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals in achieving departmental goals. The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of employees to meet performance targets and KPIs.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
Monitor and evaluate team performance; identify areas for improvement.
Handle conflict resolution and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
Maintain clear and consistent communication between team members and other departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor, Manager).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in [relevant software/tools – e.g., MS Office, CRM systems].
Bachelor's degree in [Business, Management, or related field] or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry or department, e.g., customer service, sales, IT, etc.].
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with performance management tools and HR processes.
Adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
