Team Manager - Sales Job in Club Oxygen Resorts Ltd. at Cunningham Road, Bangalore

• Front Line Direct Sales Experience of minimum 3-4 years, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Strong business sense and timeshare industry experience required for a minimum 1 year

• Both - Graduates & Undergraduates are welcome

• Achieve growth and the sales targets every month by successfully managing a sales team

• Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales team members, with the objective to build and promote strong & long-lasting customer relationships, thereby building and increasing the potential referral business of the sales team

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
