Team member - Claims
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Will be responsible for supporting AXA entity - AXA Switzerland - for processing health related claims
Key responsibilities:
- Processing of health claims related to payments or registrations
- Claim processing and meeting the daily targets of productivity, quality, TAT, and utilisation
- Help with query resolution
- Buddy new joiners – helping them to acclimatize with AXA’s culture, help them with the basic formalities, introduce them to various SPOCs
Key skills:
- Any graduate/Post graduate
- 0 – 2 years of experience (fresher preferred)
- Certification in German: B2 and above OR advanced diploma OR B.A./ M.A. in German
- Computer skills: Basic, typing speed of 25 WPM
Others: Shift timing: 12:00hrs to 20:30hrs
