Team Member Finance Higher Education - Mumbai
Job Description:
- Compilation, analysis and review of budget for Indian Campuses and Dubai Campus and preparing presentations for Senior leadership. Preparation of 5 year projections & related analysis
- Compilation, analysis and review of quarterly MIS
- Preparation of books of accounts of BITSCO (Sec 8 Company) and complying with statutory requirements related to BITSCO (FEMA, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.)
- Reviewing Financial Statements of Indian and Dubai Campus
- Monitoring GST compliance across Indian Campuses
- Monitoring treasury of Indian Campuses ( ~ Rs 400 Cr) and reviewing investments for PF trust ( ~Rs 300 Cr)
- Tracking & follow up for closure of internal audit observations
- Implementing SOPs to standardize practices and enhance controls across campuses
- Providing executive support to CFO to drive various initiatives
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with 5 years work experience post article ship.
