Job Purpose

To manage and control inventory of materials in order to ensure optimum inventory levels â procurement of right material in right quantity at right time The goal is to maximize availability of materials with minimum days of inventory and hence minimum working capital

Accountabilities

I. Optimize Global RM/PM inventory balancing availability of material and inventory level
II. Build systems and tools to control inventory
III. Minimize material write-off at manufacturing units
IV. Reduction in slow-moving inventory
V. Prepare inventory reports and drive continuous improvements

Education Qualification

MBA (Operations) or Post Graduate with supply chain related specialization

Relevant Work Experience

4 years of experience in Export Logistics
