Job Description:
- Extract the obligations from the contracts as per the framework for extraction defined by COG team.
- Highlight the uncommon, high-risk and/or high attention obligations- call out the hidden commitments, commitments which are difficult to implement/track, etc.
- Evolve a repository of things to insist and things to refuse clauses in contracts
- Work with automation team to validate the output from the tool
- Build the expertise to manage rules, add new rules of extraction
- Provide feedback to EWB team and assist them in improving the precision/accuracy
