Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Team Member to join our team. Responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist in taking orders and ensuring accuracy in order delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, kitchen support zones, and service stations.

Set up tables, replenish cutlery, condiments, and napkins as needed.

Handle guest requests promptly and escalate complaints when necessary.

Support the team in daily F&B operations and event setups.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, hygiene, and safety.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
